This is a highly technical role within the travel industry. You will be responsible for booking international flights, managing hotel reservations, and handling complex ticket reissues or cancellations. You will work directly within Global Distribution Systems to ensure seamless travel experiences for corporate or leisure travelers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of Call Center Experience PLUS hands‑on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS commands for pricing, ticketing, and split PNRs.
