Job Summary

The Traveling Lead Data Center Technician serves as the onsite lead for assigned installation crews while actively participating in structured cabling and fiber infrastructure projects. This role combines advanced technical expertise in fiber installation, splicing, testing, and data center buildouts with team supervision and project coordination. The Lead Technician ensures all installations are completed according to quality and safety standards while supervising crew productivity and efficiency.
