. Quality Planning & Documentation   
Implement the Project Quality Plan , ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) , Method Statements , and Checklists  specific to tunnel construction. 
Ensure all tunneling activities comply with project specifications, drawings, codes (IS, BS, ACI, EN), and client/consultant requirements. 
Maintain up-to-date revision control for all quality documents. 
2. TBM Tunnel Construction Quality Control   
(Applicable for shield/EPB/TBM tunneling projects) 
Inspect and verify:TBM assembly & daily pre?launch checksCutterhead tools, disc cutters, scrapers, brushesMain drive torque, pressure levels, and system parametersSlurry/EPB conditioning materials and their dosingTBM advance sequence, thrust forces, and ring build parameters 
Monitor segment installation , grout injection, and annular gap filling quality.
