Turner

We are seeking an experienced Turner to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Turner you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to perform precision machining operations on metal components. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Turner and be able to work with different types of materials such as steel, aluminum, and brass.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine set‑up and production methods.
• Set up and operate various machine tools including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Perform precision machining operations such as cutting, drilling, boring, and threading on metal components.
• Use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of finished products.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
