As a Turner you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathes and other machine tools to shape metal parts according to specifications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career as a Turner in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate various machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, etc.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot any issues with machines or tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
