A259 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Turret Punch Machine, CNC Setter Operator located in Lancing. The role involves setting and operating Turret Punch Machine using Radan software, while ensuring high-quality product standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience with CNC machinery and the ability to read CAD drawings. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and Friday until 4.30pm, with potential for overtime. The position also offers a unique opportunity for profit sharing through employee ownership.
