We are looking for a motivated and experienced Umrah Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the travel industry along with hands-on experience using Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems. Candidates must possess excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to work flexible shifts, including evening and night hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage flight, hotel, transport, and other travel bookings through Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan.
Prepare customized travel itineraries according to customer requirements.
Guide clients regarding Umrah packages, travel plans, accommodations, visa processing, and passport requirements.
Maintain customer records and follow-ups using CRM systems.
