Underground Utility Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for aFixed Term Underground Utility Surveyor to join ourTSIC account. This is a full-time role with Scotland-wide travel, so you must be comfortable travelling regularly and staying away from home when required.

As anUnderground Utility Surveyor , you’ll plan and carry out surveys, capture clear site information, and record accurate data to support effective maintenance planning and delivery. You’ll investigate and confirm the location and condition of roadside apparatus using both desktop information and site visits, producing clear records and reports that support follow-up activity.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and carrying out chamber and site surveys across the network.
• Identifying, photographing, and recording site locations accurately.
• Recording survey results in Transport Scotland’s Asset Management Performance System (AMPS) and keeping data up to date.
