Responsibilities

• Individualised lesson planning, delivery, marking of work and knowing when and how to differentiate appropriately using approaches which enable students to be taught effectively.
• Helping young people draw up action plans for employment, education and training and support them to achieve these goals, including a high standard of planning and delivery of the programme whilst supporting the individual needs of the student.
• Participating in the completion and monitoring of all student assessments and being accountable for student’s attainment, progress, and outcomes in your subject area.
• Supporting the implementation and delivery of each student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Personal Education Plan (PEP) by providing relevant data to monitor progress, set targets and plan lessons.
