Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handling reservations, inquiries, and requests
Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and managing emails
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using hotel management software prefferably Pylon and Webhotelier
