Upwork Bidding Specialist

Nova 360 is looking for a skilled individual to join our team in Karachi for an onsite role focusing on Upwork client acquisition. You will be responsible for finding and targeting appropriate projects, writing effective proposals, and maintaining consistency in daily bidding.

This position offers hands-on experience in the international freelancing market and the opportunity to develop skills in bidding and pitching. Strong knowledge of Upwork processes is preferred, as well as good communication skills in written English.
