Job Description

Over the past several years, B&A has established a leading urban design practice that is both distinct and complementary within Western Canada’s consulting landscape. What started as a small, hands‑on studio has evolved into a recognized design leader, capable of delivering creative, practical, and integrated design solutions across scales – from community and neighbourhood planning to site‑specific design, redevelopment, and public realm projects.

Our studio works collaboratively with B&A’s planning, engagement, visualization, and GIS teams, while also taking on standalone design commissions that showcase our creativity, technical rigour, and passion for place. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Urban Designer to join our Calgary‑based studio.
