Job Description

What you’ll do
- Contribute to planning projects by applying standard methodologies to defined project components
- Conduct research, data analysis, and site assessments to support project development
- Assist in the preparation of master plans, urban design concepts, and visual renderings
- Draft sections of planning reports, policies, and technical documentation
- Support site feasibility studies and due diligence processes
- Compile and analyze project data to inform design and planning decisions
- Assist in preparing materials for permit applications and regulatory approvals
