What the role is:
Estate / Urban Planner
What you will be working on:- Work with government agencies and stakeholders to develop a land use and infrastructure plan for the Southern Islands with a focus on sustainability.
- Conduct master planning, strategic and scenario planning, planning consultation and assessment, planning research/analysis, and draw up planning strategies and programmes for implementation.
- Work with the various government agencies and stakeholders on concept designs of construction projects, prepare project briefs and seek funding for implementation.
- Undertake any other projects, assignments.
- Background and qualification in Urban Planning or Real Estate, with at least 5 years of experience
- Infrastructure project management experience will be an advantage.
