Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding processes
- Handle work pass applications and renewals and support migrant worker administration matters
- Manage dormitory arrangements, worker movements, lease renewals, and related documentation
- Support employee medical matters including health screenings, PCP subscriptions, and medical coordination
