Job Summary
The US Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for US-based employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly/monthly US payroll for employees across multiple states
- Ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and processed within deadlines
- Maintain and validate employee data including compensation, benefits, and deductions
- Handle payroll-related tax filings (federal, state, and local) and ensure compliance with US regulations
- Reconcile payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly
