Responsibilities
- Execute user acquisition (UA) campaigns for the Philippines market
- Assist in ad creatives testing, optimization, and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign data and optimize key conversion metrics such as registration and KYC
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
Requirements
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proficient in Tagalog for daily communication
- Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
- Basic design sense with experience using Photoshop or similar tools
- Video editing experience is a plus (not limited to specific tools)
- Familiar with social media advertising logic; hands-on experience is preferred
