User Bd Specialist

Full-time, Work from home Key Responsibilities Research, identify and reach out to high-value VIP users from competing overseas platforms.
Encourage high-quality users from competitors to join our platform through compliant communication.
Maintain relationships with high-intent users to improve conversion and retention.
Follow up on user recruitment progress and submit regular reports on user acquisition and conversion data.
Optimize outreach scripts and acquisition methods in line with operational strategies.
Job Requirements
Proficient in English (fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to communicate with overseas users entirely in English.
Extensive experience in BD, user acquisition, user growth or overseas operations.
Experience in user recruitment from social, audio or live streaming platforms is highly preferred.
