User Experience Designer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with deep understanding of insurance and underwriting operations who can transform complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on design professional with strong expertise in Figma and Figma Make (or similar AI-driven prototyping tools like Bolt/Lovable), able to rapidly turn prompts into interactive prototypes and iterate at pace. This role requires exceptional communication, collaboration skills, and domain knowledge to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
