Our client is seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to lead user-centred research activities across complex digital transformation programmes within public and private sector environments. 
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and collaborative research professional who is passionate about understanding user needs, shaping inclusive digital services, and influencing service design through evidence-based insights.
