What you'll be doing
- Conducting comprehensive quality assurance audits on service calls and other healthcare-related tasks
- Providing detailed feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for
- A registered nurse (USRN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
