Your Role

We are looking for a Program Manager– User Experience (UX) with 15–20+ years of experience to lead and scale a large, distributed UX practice (~140 designers) across India. This role is accountable for defining enterprise‑wide UX strategy, governing practice operations, strengthening leadership capability, and driving business growth through UX‑led transformation.
