Client: Our client is a leading airline in Latin America.
Position overview: We are looking for a motivated UX Researcher to conduct and guide user research initiatives using Design Thinking and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.
The role ensures that all projects are grounded in user needs, aligned with business goals, and solve well-defined problems, contributing directly to enhancing digital customer experiences across LATAM.
This position works closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Analytics Translators to ensure research insights inform product and design decisions.
