The opportunity

We are looking for passionate professionals who will be responsible for user acceptance testing of various Marketing technology products used within BMC Your key responsibilities
• Support the UX UAT lead and contribute to the overall validation of usability and user experience deliverables.
• Execute UAT activities with emphasis on design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness, ensuring products meet both functional and UX standards.
• Test end-to-end user journeys across all major desktops, tablets, and mobile browsers, validating layout, navigation, and interaction patterns.
• Log defects and issues related to usability, accessibility, design or branding fidelity, escalating them to the UAT lead for resolution tracking.
• Contribute to the development, enforcement, and adherence of UX testing standards and procedures.
