UX Writer, AI (Hiring Immediately)

About the Role Figma is looking to expand its UX Writing team with a focus on AI. This role is for a UX Writer who also has the mindset of a content engineer, using language to shape interactions with AI, from crafting effective inputs to defining clear and consistent outputs. You will be a senior member of the team, working on high-priority initiatives at the intersection of AI, design, and development, contributing to the future of design and collaboration. What you’ll do at Figma Contribute to overall product strategy around Figma’s AI offerings. Define best practices for writing in AI-powered products, including prompting and interaction patterns. Partner closely with product designers, product managers, product marketing managers, engineers, applied scientists, AI researchers, and other UX writers.
