UX/CX Researcher
As a Researcher at Salmon’s Research Lab, you will design and deliver high-quality research that helps the company better understand its customers, markets, and business opportunities.
You will work across market, customer, and new opportunity research , translating insights into clear recommendations that inform product, marketing, and business decisions. This role requires strong research judgment, the ability to work end-to-end, and comfort working in an international team.
Key responsibilities
Plan and conduct qualitative research (in-depth interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry)
Lead regular customer interviews to understand real-life behaviors, needs, and pain points
Explore how customers discover, use, and experience Salmon’s products across different stages of their journey
Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for product, design, and business teams
