 Job Description: 
As an international financial technology company, were looking for the right UX/UI Design Leader that has a passion for the Design and Experience of beautiful Web & Mobile products. Someone that wants to lead the Design of key Products in the U.S., Australian and European markets.
Role / Responsibilities

Manage and grow a team of UX/UI designers.
Develop and own UX/UI style guides across entire Product Line, including multiple web and mobile products for U.S., Australian and European markets.
Work with Product and Engineering teams in wireframing, mock-ups and prototypes of UX/UI design
Manage the UX experience from ideation to production, for projects than span multiple teams, in a fast-paced environment.
Apply analytics to monitor and continuously optimize the user journey across all Products.
