Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Strong analytical/presentation skills
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum
Understanding of good UI/UX practices and creating high-performance
Able to thrive under pressure, and have experience handling the most critical of customer escalations with calm and respect
Experience as UX/UI designer with successful experience in building design workflows and processes
Strong understanding in UX/UI design patterns and user center design methodologies
