UX/UI Designer - Human-Centered, Systems-Driven, Proactive

Applaudo is looking for a UX/UI Designer in Bogotá, Colombia to create intuitive and visually consistent digital solutions. You will be responsible for owning interaction patterns, contributing to design systems, and ensuring user-centered design based on research and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proficiency in Figma, and experience with user research methodologies. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with a proactive mindset to identify UX improvements.
