UXUI Strategy Lead

As the UX/UI Strategy Lead, you will spearhead a 2-year, high-impact transformation project, responsible for the end-to-end UX and UI transformation of KrisShop.com, with a strong mobile-first focus.

This role goes beyond traditional UX leadership — you will shape future-ready, AI-enabled and agent-driven commerce experiences , reimagining how customers discover, decide, and transact in an increasingly intelligent and personalized digital ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who wants a clearly defined assignment with visible outcomes they can point to as career milestones. You will define the UX vision, lead user research, and redesign customer journeys and commerce flows across web and mobile — integrating emerging paradigms such as AI-powered personalization, conversational interfaces, and agentic commerce journeys .
