Key Responsibilities Enterprise System Support: Provide robust technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for vital enterprise systems, including MSSQL databases, SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Lotus Notes, SCADA, and EDI platforms. Software Development & Scripting: Develop, maintain, and debug internal tools, scripts, and applications utilizing Python and C#. Operational Workload Management: Take over and effectively manage a designated portion of the current IT operational workload, ensuring smooth day-to-day business continuity. Issue Resolution: Investigate root causes of recurring problems and accelerate the closure of long‑outstanding IT tickets and system bottlenecks.
