V - Sr. Engineer Automation & Development

To ensure the correct industrialization of new process and products, implementation of new technologies and automatizations related, as well as output fulfilment vs planning requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity (setting product working hours, determining and evaluating product production and capacity)
Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
Provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production.
Deliver Improvement and innovation of Process to enhance the automation level of production lines
Design of Work Instruction Files (WI) and Process Flow Chart Files
