The Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute (IJC), a comprehensive cancer research centre in Barcelona, seeks a Laboratory Technician for the Endothelial pathobiology and microenvironment group led by Dr. Mariona Graupera. This contract is funded by the Blood Cancer United SCOR grant 7027‑23 (Title: Targeting Unmet Needs For B‑cell Lymphomas) .
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex mouse colony
- Wean and genotype mice
- Process tissue, including cutting and staining
- Provide support to specific lab techniques
- Isolate primary cells
- Oversee the organization of the lab
Qualifications
- Degree or technical qualification in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or a related field
- License to work with mice
