Validation Specialist
Location: Bracknell
Rate: £25 - £30 per hour
Length: 6 month contract (inside IR35)
Hours : Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Syntech Recruitment are seeking a Validation Specialist, the successful applicant will ensure that systems and processes meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Validation Specialist Duties:
- Execute and document IQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols for equipment and processes.
- Develop robust validation documentation aligned with ISO 13485 standards.
- Ensure that all validation activities support audit-readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse validation data and generate comprehensive reports with clear conclusions.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to align on validation strategy and implementation.
