Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex financial instruments, valuation issues and develop valuation models for mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, taxation, corporate decision support, and corporate governance.
• Provide valuation advisory services to private equity and asset management clients, addressing valuation challenges related to their private debt portfolios.
