This role bridges strategy and execution—translating enterprise value enablement principles into practical, measurable team and portfolio level practices. The role combines hands on coaching with portfolio level coordination. It enables teams to improve flow, predictability, and learning while identifying systemic constraints and partnering with leadership to address structural barriers. The position fosters self sufficiency, continuous improvement, and outcome driven delivery across domains.
