BAE Systems is hiring a Strategic Operations Manager to support our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will own the coordination and execution of the daily operations for both our Navy Barrel and Army Cannon manufacturing operations. The role will manage both machining product lines with direct and indirect supervision of employees across all operating shifts and assigned supporting functions. You will drive the long-range strategic planning process for your assigned operations by overseeing and managing aspects of engineering, manufacturing, production control, and supply chain management.
