The VAS department is part of the European
Distribution Center in Born. You will be working in a new,
enthusiastic, and results-driven team with an “every day better”
mentality.

Your responsibilities include, among
others:

Pre-installation: Preparing printers
for immediate use by unpacking, testing, and configuring them in
line with customer requirements, ensuring a true plug-and-play
setup.

✅ Returns
Processing: Inspecting returned products for damage
or defects, restoring or replacing packaging when necessary, and
handling all return flows digitally.

✅
Damage Handling: Assessing damaged
inbound and warehouse items and repairing packaging so products can
be quickly returned to stock.

✅
Customer Communication: Managing daily
communication to provide updates on the status of returned
goods.
