VAS Planner

Responsibilities Responsible for VAS Planning (VAS: Value Added Services): Considering demand input, the local production plan must be developed with external suppliers ensuring the needed product availability in time and quantity. Defines and executes purchases for the VAS Plan (batches). Fluent communication with the purchasing team, suppliers and Logistics. Coordinates dispatch and receiving with Logistics (for packaging materials and products). Manages systemic movements in SAP and schedule coordination with the logistics operator. Responsible of planning team in seasonal packs process. Responsible for SAP management related to VAS: master data, nart activation, purchase order creation, input consumption and losses, inbound delivery management and subcontractor inventory control. Responsible for company inventory control reviewing out-of-stocks and excess stock. Manages short-expiration products and obsolete items.
