VAT Specialist / VAT Expert (m/f/d)

We are looking for a VAT Specialist (m/f/d) to support European VAT compliance in an international business environment. This role focuses on hands‑on VAT reporting, audit support, and advisory input for domestic and cross‑border transactions, working closely with Finance and external tax advisors.
Your tasks:
Prepare, review, and file VAT returns and related reconciliations for European jurisdictions

Support VAT compliance activities, including registrations and reporting obligations

Assist with VAT audits and act as a contact person for tax authority inquiries

Provide VAT support to internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Sales, Procurement)

Review business transactions and assess VAT implications, especially cross‑border

Support VAT recovery, Intrastat activities, and reconciliations
