**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION**:- Identify cost opportunities for the product lineup.
- Lead VAVE projects, including developing test plans, being responsible for testing, prioritizing, engineering document changes, and coordinating sample builds.
- Evaluate components, materials, and processes for value improvement opportunities.
- Recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes.
- Participate in and lead idea workshops and brainstorm sessions with cross-functional teams to generate cost reduction ideas- Hands-on involvement in development engineering, concept, and feasibility activities, prototyping, and testing.
