We are looking for a Vehicle Compound Services Progress Chaser to join our client’s automotive team based in Long Bennington. This role offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies.

The Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role within the efficient running of the vehicle logistics team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below tasks:
Working within the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) department to track and monitor the progress of vehicles through the repair process

Liaise with technicians, parts departments, and management to ensure timely completion of work

Identify delays or issues and escalate them promptly

Update internal systems and maintain accurate job status records

Communicate progress updates to relevant departments or customer service teams
