Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff, part of the Sinclair Group, are looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You'll be the first point of contact for our aftersales customers, providing a friendly, professional service from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. 
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer care within a fast-paced automotive environment. 
Position: Service Advisor Van Centre Cardiff
Full time: 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm 
Saturday Rota: 1 every 3 weeks 8.30am to 12.30pm as overtime.
Position pays: £28,288.00 basic plus a monthly bonus
Bonus Schemes: OTE and bonus scheme which can be discussed further at interview 
Location: Van Centre Cardiff CF10 4BB
