The Vendor Claims Analyst I supports TD SYNNEX’s vendor-funded marketing activities by preparing, submitting, and reconciling financial claims. You’ll ensure documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and funds are collected according to vendor and internal standards. What You’ll Do
Perform daily and monthly accounting-related processes for vendor claims.
Prepare and submit claims (Marketing, Rebates, Special Pricing, etc.) using vendor-required formats and deadlines.
Review activity documentation and proof of performance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Reconcile claim amounts, verify expenses, and confirm appropriate documentation for approvals.
