Vendor Inspection Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview The Vendor Inspection Coordinator supports FPSO projects by planning, coordinating, and monitoring all vendor inspection and expediting activities to ensure materials and equipment comply with project specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule vendor inspections in line with the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP). Act as the main interface between vendors, third-party inspectors, QA/QC, engineering, and procurement teams. Review vendor quality documents (ITPs, QPs, procedures, MDRs). Ensure inspections comply with project specifications, codes, and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO). Track inspection status, inspection reports, NCRs, and close-out actions. Support expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials. Maintain inspection records, inspection release notes, and vendor documentation.
