Job Description- On-boarding pool of associates to join Lazada ie, full time / part time / campaign based
- Maintain a database of vendor employees in Singapore for future outreach
- Ensure candidates are onboarded have sufficient requirements to do the job
- Food hygiene and safety induction complete via online platform
- ID creation of outsourced manpower
- Verification of the PPE for the employee
- Be the main contact point and handle all inquiries from agency employees
- Communicate clearly the terms and conditions of employment to new vendor employees
- For new staff, assist with fingerprint registration if needed
- Ensure outsourced vendor associates are onboarded effectively and understand clearly the requirements (such as safety, productivity, QC errors, QA compliance, etc)
