Job Overview

Vendor Planner – Grundfos. Execute cross‑plant supply and inventory planning, including ordering, forecasts, vendor alignment and invoice discrepancy handling. Drive vendor development and capacity management across selected vendors. Reports to the Global Vendor Planning Manager and works on a hybrid schedule at the San LuisPotosí facility, Mexico.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local plants’ production planning to create feasible plans that maintain sufficient inventory levels and stock optimization across the supply chain.
• Manage documentation and registration processes for purchase orders, including invoice discrepancies and PPO registration.
• Order and schedule suppliers on behalf of all Grundfos plants, aligning delivery schedules with vendor production plans and priorities.
• Act as a daily driver for selected vendors on operational planning matters.
