About the Role
As a Vendor Business Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our vendor relationships and ensuring smooth operations in pricing, sales, and purchasing. Your primary responsibilities will involve updating and managing price files, creating sales and purchase agreements, generating quotes, and understanding vendor quoting requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the various Vendor groups, taking direction to align vendor strategies with product development objectives.
What You'll Do
- Regularly review and update price lists provided by vendors.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information is available for internal teams.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain necessary pricing updates and implement changes.
- Manage the documentation process, including revisions and approvals.
- Prepare quotes for customers based on pricing information and customer requirements.
