Venture Analyst

Scope The Venture Analyst, Origination will source, research, and qualify high-potential European founders for TBDC's programs through structured prospecting, data analysis, and ecosystem mapping. This means building and maintaining prospect databases, running cold outreach campaigns, preparing company intelligence briefs, and delivering pipeline reports and presentations to senior leadership. The role reports into the Venture Intake and Growth team. If you thrive on turning data into deals, building outreach engines from scratch, and presenting sharp, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership, this is the role for you.
