REQUIREMENTS
- A matric (Grade 12) level of education as a minimum
- Related industry experience essential / At least 3 years operational experience
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of vessel operations and handling of bulk exports are essential
- A superior level of English literacy and numeracy is essential
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- IPMS proficient
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic foundational with commercial shipping knowledge as it pertains to Port Agency requirements
- Ability to interact and liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and additional hours/weekends
- Driven, energetic and willing to learn
- Meticulous, accurate and conscientious
- Valid Code 08 Drivers License
